Determine the type of dishwasher

There are three main types: fully integrated, semi-integrated, and freestanding. For the highest aesthetic appeal, choose a fully integrated range hood and wood paneling that matches the kitchen cabinets.

Machine placement

Always place the dishwasher right next to the sink. This makes rinsing dishes and loading them into the machine more convenient, and allows for easy sharing of the water supply and drainage system.

Cabinet compartment dimensions

The exact dimensions of the machine must be taken before building the cabinet. Typically, the required space is a minimum width of 600mm and a height of 815mm – 860mm, depending on the machine model.
